The killer hits me and then hits me again within too short of a time span to do so, along with the fact the killer was over 100 ft away from me doing so, and wasn't a huntress.

In this case the killer is desynced due to lag. The killer likely had full stacks of Save the Best for Last which significantly lowers the succesful hit cooldown. We are constantly working on improving hits during lagspikes.
