Infinite Killer Blindness Bug

Description
The bug created infinite killer blindness, lasting throughout the game and into the end screen. The bug makes the game unplayable. This only went away after the game was ending and the killer returned to the lobby.
Reproduction
I was the killer so i'm not sure precisely what happened. This is what i can recall.
1) Killer was Oni.
2)The Halloween event flashlight was used.
3)The Oni had picked up a survivor.
4)The Flashlight did not save the survivor/stun the killer.
5)The Flashlight mostly blinded the killer then was shone on his back after he had turned.
