Buying cosmetic issues

Hey guys been a while since I posted something on the forums!
Anyway my friend is having some PC issues atm, he wants to buy some Deathslinger skins but even tho he has the auric cells and has restarted his game, he cannot buy the cosmetics he wants as it keeps saying that it failed and such so I don't know whats happening as this hasn't happened to me on console.
Any and all advice is welcome.

It just sounds like a purchasing error and that's about it, nothing comes to mind about a fix, but you can contact the support team to see if it's there's anything they can do about it. If anyone knows about a fix with this specific issue, it'd be the support team.
