The game randomly (and frequently) disconnects from the internet making it extremely frustrating and difficult to play... especially being that I’ve purchased DLC and cannot enjoy it. I contacted both my ISP and Microsoft Support to troubleshoot and find a solution... my internet is running fine, Open NAT & Strong Connection. Microsoft troubleshooted my Xbox all the way to a soft factory reset... play the game, and still disconnecting. Please help/fix. I know I’m not the only one going thru this, there are multiple posts regarding the same topic. At the lease tell us your working on it. Thanks.
