Fix hook grab

In my opinion,actual grabbing its okay on Windows and on generators, but on hooks is pretty unfair, and promotes face camping. Its Also inconsistent, many Killers has grabbed me full health, while when i try It with injured people, It never works. My solution to this problem is quite simple, you cannot grab people on full health that are trying to get someone on a hook, you can only grab injured survivors getting people of a hook, The rest of The grabs Will remain The same, thank you for reading.
