[Switch] Unable to invite friend to party after playing one game

Hey
After me and my friend play one game to each, we get kick from each other party and unable to invite each other back. We both have to restart the game every time we play the match and rejoin a party.
Sometime it's says one player is in a match on your friend list but it's never true.
