Suggestion about swf
I think swf groups has too much advantage against killer.
I think swfs should use 16 different perks(or 8). (if they are 4 person) Because 4 ds is not balanced.

Certain perks are a bit of a must though (specifically Borrowed Time). I can understand flagging some perks as only one per SWF group though.
Some changes I would like to see implemented as an attempt to curb some of their power is that a SWF group is only allowed to bring one of each item type into a game and not being able to do any changes once they're in a match lobby to avoid the sudden full loadout crap they like to do.

I think you should be allowed to choose whether or not to face these groups. If not then just give them a decrease in each scoring category depending on how many are together.
I feel like it would decrease the amount of potato survivors at Red ranks.

Some perks like Borrowed Time are a must. Honestly very few perks are annoying in an SWF when everyone runs them. The main one is Decisive and I don't see a lot of people running that anymore. The biggest issue is probably voice chat, but you can't remove that because most voice chats are built into the console (parties) or a separate app (discord). Easiest thing to do is bring killers who aren't on par with SWF and map pressure up to their level instead of bringing SWF down.

but if you play solo you are going against killers who balanced for swf. also teammates are potato.

Decisive Strike is still very much the bane of my existence at high ranks. I consistently see them in my killer matches, more often than not there will be multiple. It's a sad time, with many slugs.

No but it will effect their rank which will effect who the play in solo.
Short of in game run Lightborn, Franklin's, Mad Grit. That's all you can do in match.

Damn, that sucks. But you gotta do what you gotta do to get those kills. If everyone has decisive and slugging is the only option then so be it. Typically I would tell you to chase other people, but I know that is the problem with Decisive right now. You could hook someone else and run into that person and they still have decisive, giving them a free out that they shouldn't have.

First swf matchmaking needs to be changed. (Playing rank 15 killer with red and purple ranks swf)

Agreed. And vice versa. Haven't played killer in a hot minute after rank reset so I was rank 17. I queued and got a rank 1. You can imagine how that went.

Honestly there have been many good suggestions about it. But because of how polarized the community is about balances it's difficult to make a change that is healthy and acceptable for both survivors and killers. The vast majority of the community plays survivor, and so balancing to what survivors want is easy since they make up most of the player base.
SWF is easily the most broken aspect of this game, but coming up with a solution that most killers like will most likely mean most survivors don't like it. And because most of the players play survivor a change to SWF could easily backfire.

Those are just the perks you could use. Franklin's if they bring in boxes, Mad Grit if they body block you from the hook, Light born for pallet flashlight, and Brutal Strength to run through pallets.

At most its a toss up I usually always run Mad Grit. If you want to focus your attention on Survivors run Ruin if you don't run PGTW.

That's not "SWF matchmaking", that's just matchmaking being busted in general at the moment. SWF is supposed to be matched based on the highest rank in the party. So even a party of ranks 1-20-20-20 is supposed to basically be treated as ranks 1-1-1-1 by matchmaking.
It's just that matchmaking can fail at doing its job entirely no matter if SWF is involved or not at the moment. Hopefully it gets improved, either with changes to the current system or the introduction of the MMR system they're working on.
