Game crashing penalties

As you can see and guess from the title I've been applied the same penalties that are applied when someone dcs from lack of connection or just altF4 (depip, lost addons and offering), its kind of unfair how you get punished for something out of your control whatsoever, also this happened 2 games in a row and it's really frustrating...
I already sent the report with the logs.
