legion/nightmare add-on rework
these killers need thier add-ons looked into, legion needs a complete rework and the nightmare needs readjusments to his block/dream pallets add-ons

If you think of the garbage add-ons Legion and Freddy have, it would be a nice change. But Freddy's pallet add-ons are OK. What is wrong with them? I can understand the Blocks (which are useless) but the pallets?

Freddy's Pallets are overall worse than his Snares. I do really like the idea of him essentially having two different Killer Powers depending on the addons you choose, but it's pretty much undeniable that Snares are better.
Pallets require you to actually burn through the Pallets before you can start shutting off loops, they're no good for detection unless Survivors start breaking them, they require Survivors to mess up in distinguishing between real pallets and fake ones to pay off, and they're way less versatile because you can only cut off a loop with a potential pallet location. Plus, they consume an addon slot.
Though, the majority of Killers have addons that need looking at. Pig has an addon that increases skillcheck chances for Jigsaw Boxes by 1%, and another that increases chances by 2%.

I'm Freddy Main and I prefere pallets over snares, because I'm not much of a trap type. But you are right, that pallets are not as strong on some maps (like new Lery's, Rotten Fields, Haddonfield) as on others (Blood Lodge is best :D). Most times I have no problem chasing people with pallets and I only use the brown add-on now to get pallets. I do not need more.

Pallets are fine, but the blocks make no sense. There about as useful as sandpaper is for tp.

Nightmare needs a rework to his dress add-ons as well because of the new sabotage mechanics
