the idea to change ranking so that players can't fall back from 15 and players rank 16-20 don't de-pip was good in theory but not in practice. It is now impossible to find a match as a killer at rank 20 right now because everybody else has already ranked up, making it impossible for new killers to play the game and rank up themselves. After an hour and a half of waiting, I got one match. I understand that the idea of this was to prevent bullying, but you've made the game unplayable for new killers. Please consider going back to the old ranking/derailing system

    Sorry, I know its an old post, but that still a problem.

    Got back to the game, wanted to play some matches, but no luck.

    Lobbies stay empty at rank 20 maybe one or two join, but they leave again and that in a period of 1 hour.

    I waited until rank reset, but same issue and it doesn't get better.


    Please do something about that, so new or returning players have at least a chance to play the game...😞
