I am not sure if it's intended or not but I suspect it isn't. Deep Wounds is a status effect and not a health state but it also messes with Adrenaline so I am not 100% sure.
How it works: Survivor has 3 stacks of Mom. Gets hit and deep wounds is applied. Endurance is off, it will be on again if the survivor is in the injured state.
This makes the perk useless against Deathslinger and especially Legion. The perk being countered by the a killer's ability is fine but Borrowed Time is an issue. If you get unhooked with BT and you have MoM ready it's like you've never had MoM because you're probably on death hook and not going back to injured state.
