currently in a middle of a match and my character froze mid healing and got kicked out of game for some reason. Then it gave a time ban for it. Is there a way for this not to happen if it’s not your fault when being kicked out of games?

The bugs that kick people out of games can be fixed, but no, the devs can't/won't lift a time penalty if the disconnection wasn't the player's fault. This is because the server can't tell the difference between an intentional and an unintentional disconnect, so they have to either punish all or none at all. It also prevents people from bypassing the penalty by 'faking' an accidental disconnection (such as by unplugging their internet cable).

This game and this company is a joke, i gave up. i cant play because i have " no internet connection" and i opened ticket and my asnwer was: " you have a ISP problem"

If you have an ISP problem, you can't really fairly blame that on the game or its devs. What are they supposed to do to fix that?

Dude, i dont have problem with my ISP, just DBD " no internet connection" i said in my ticker they answear me this " you have ISP problems". Bro, i dont have ISp problems, i tried everthing with my ISP and just DBD have problem.

It may be. I don't know the full story, because all the information you gave me was "the game said I had an internet problem, I contacted Support and they said I should fix my internet problem, therefore they suck". Just from that, their response seems pretty reasonable. If the game says you have an internet problem, the obvious answer is that that's what it is. If there was more to it than that, you can contact them again or ask for help in the Technical Issues subforum. In the meantime, someone else's bug report isn't really the place to discuss it.
