Accurate Pip System

So as many have noticed matchmaking is all over the place. It doesn't always reflect a players skill as it is just so botched. I have experienced higher ranks that either reflect that rank or not at all. I am strongly opposed to concealing matchmaking by getting rid of the ranks, which is what the devs are trying to do. That is not dealing with the problem. I propose a more accurate pip system.

If you play horrible enough you should in fact -2 pips. Getting a +2 pips for a great match and never -2 for horrible matches makes it easier to to up-rank. I'm not saying we shouldn't have -1 or +1 pip but for proper rank to be established we need a negative 2. As in school you receive a D- for horrible work and a A+ for above and beyond.

I also propose easier demotion by demoting a player who looses all pips of his or her rank. e.g Rank 13 has +1 pip and looses a pip after match. This player should go back to rank 12 with a full set of pips.

For balance, survivors who faced a killer who faced camped them at the hook I propose we give that survivor an equal amount of points for the time the killer spent camping them. If it was a significant amount of time, the survivor would not even get -1 pip.

Of course this will do nothing if the devs don't even try pit players within equal skill level of each other. Otherwise I believe these changes should definitely help keep players more accurately placed within their respectable rank. It doesn't make any sense to conceal the current rank and matchmaking. This problem never existed to this magnitude but with radical stupid changes the devs have created this problem within a lack of killers.
