Random disconnections on a good connection? Please help

i have a steady wifi connection, and over the past two days my account just keeps disconnecting me from every second match i enter on PC. I just get disconnected. no rhyme or reason. Happens far less on survivor but it has been happening in a majority of my killer games. My connection to the internet is fine as i've been able to stream netflix/watch full length movies with no interuptions at high quality etc etc, along with having tested it rigoursly.

Steps to reproduce : Entering a game? there all green ping and below, but suddenly i get disconnected

How often does it occur? : Every second match. typically as im hitting a survivor/engaging with an action, or being hit as a survivor. The game just freezes, with everyone else moving but me/or the opposite is true im moving but everyone else isin't then within 6s theres a Dc. Never when im just moving through the map though.

Don't have any logs or screenshots/vids, as theres pretty much nothing to show. I'm up to a 15min discconect penalty now and i just want to play the game, not disconnect every second match due to bugs.

I just don't want to keep ruining peoples games, or to possibly lose my account due to this bug.

I'm in NZ if that helps due to how dedicated servers operate idk.
