Got kicked in middle of the game, and got penalty

in Bug Reporting

I got hooked for the second time when i was playing survivor, I was spaming the button wanting for my friend to get me, then the killer started walking into a wall, the text that says struggle disappeared, then i encountered a loading screen, where it kicks out to main manue and said that i lost connect to the game, I lost rank to this and got and penalty

    Ami ya me paso como 10 veces y voy para los 40 minutos de penalizacion -,- TIENEN QUE ARREGLAR ESTE BUG ASQUEROSO URGENTE!!!!
