With how inconsistent is stalking has been on dedicated servers trying to 99 or even use Tier 3 is just a pain. Sometimes I will pop Tier 3 then will go back in to tier 2 and just large parts of the meter disappearing. So what if they added a function like the Oni where you filled up the meter then hit the secondary button to activate Tier 3 which would make it more consistent as I have never had Oni's power disappear after using it.
