I commented about this on another thread regarding facial issues, but better be safe and make this as I couldn't find reports about it.
Every female survivors' mouth gets WAY TOO BIG when they scream on the hook. First hook not that bad, second hook their mouths are completely closed (bug, already been reported and acknowledged), but when they get sacrificed it's like they turn into a fish!
