Lag that makes it difficult to play

In general I have a good internet, I am from SA and almost all games the ping goes to 60-90, and without any problem.
And with this quarantine I decided to install dbd again, but there have already been almost 8 games with a lag that is almost impossible to play, in the lobby I always see 99 ping but when entering that it changes for some reason and it is very difficult to play
Activate shadow play to show this, as you will see it is quite annoying (0:23)
