PS4 skillcheck bug

I played on Disturbed Ward against a Pig. While trying to get my RBT off, my skillcheck bar disappeared and stayed hidden for the remainder of the trial. I could still hear skillcheck notifications, but had no visual prompts whatsoever, causing me to fail any skillcheck for the rest of the match.
