Ps4 missing auric cells

I have just purchased 2250 auric cells for £15.99 on my PS4 however a message saying payment failed popped up which has left me with no auric cells but still being charged £15.99 for them.

try emailing them. I have the same problem and ive emailed Behaviour about it :(... im really disappointed i hope they back to me as soon as possible
