Is rank progress bugged?
Everyone know that the matchmaking and the rank progress is problematic but is there anything wrong with rank progress? God I was rank 3 and I got back in rank 7! I repair at least 3 gens and I am getting chasted from killer quite long but every time I get -1 rank progress! Why? I think dbd developers don't care about the game! Back in January I sent them an e-mail where I was asking what's wrong with matchmaking. The guy who texted me back said to check out the dbd forums about matchmaking making🤦♀️ Why don't you damn fix it? A lot of times I have closed dbd and go play something else but, please answer me is anything going wrong with rank progress?

Never heard of your rank being set back this much before, especially for every match you play. Are you sure that those ranks had a few pips in them beforehand? Since if you played "poorly" than you'll naturally lose a pip, which will de-rank you (if you have no pips in that rank level).
If you're just being set back by 1 rank every match (regardless if you play well or not) than please report this to the Bug Report sub-forum so the devs are aware of this issue, if it's already reported than up vote that post and maybe leave a comment as well. You've already contacted support about this, but have you contacted them directly about this specific issue that you're facing?
Also this is a no brainer, but was this post rank reset or during rank reset? Rank reset happens on the 13th of every new month.

Well thanks for contacting to me. I was rank 1 before rank reset. After rank reset I can't get rank progress it seems to be impossible. For sure I am not getting noob I play this game since the relish day. I am going to let this for some more days. I will try to rank up but if I don't see any change or if I see other users to have the same problem I will text to dbd team.

Are you gaining pips in-game? Or does the game ignore this and de-ranks you instead?
This is important to know, since i'd like to confirm if this is NOT a bug related issue and instead a lapse in judgement. If there is anything else you can provide than that would be great. Maybe some small information of what the scoring is like post-match would help.
