Does the Bloody Texture From Prestige Apply to Any Cosmetic or Specific Cosmetics?

If I buy a cosmetic and later prestige the character, can the bloody texture apply to the store bought cosmetic or is the prestige cosmetic its own item.

    The Bloody skins themselves are just an alternative to the default skins, it's not an effect that applies itself to other skins... So no, it won't apply itself to other store bought skins.

    Take for example Michael Myers, you know that his default skin is his Mechanics Jumpsuit, Mask, and Knife. The Bloody version is just an alternate version of that skin. So if you buy his hospital gown beforehand, it will not transfer over to that skin as a result... Since that's not how it works.
