Chat Bug
Summary:
I can't see the chat in lobbies.
Description:
Often times when I load into a lobby, the chat will close and I will be unable to open it or view what is being said in the chat. It seems to work just fine in queues when I'm waiting with friends, then when we're in a lobby it closes out and I no longer have access to it. I want to say it started between 3 to 5 days ago? Though I'm not sure the exact date. I do want to clarify that I am able to see the end game chat.
Steps to Reproduce:
I'm not sure what happened to cause the issue. The only thing I can think of is closing it out myself with the double arrow button.
How Often it Occurs:
Almost every match I've loaded into since about 5? days ago. Maybe 2 to 3 times a day will I be able to see the chat. Though today I haven't been able to see the chat in a single match. (6 matches?)

Same here, although I'm never able to see the lobby chat. It's as if its disabled.
Party chat and end game chat works fine.
Edit: As of yesterday (04/24) the issue seems to have resolved itself.

As of yesterday, 4/24 the issue seems to have fixed for me as well.
