A general perk idea I have is called decisive blow. Description: you know where to hit them to get the maximum benefits. all of your stuns are increased by 15|30|45%
A new item idea would be a butter fly knife ( very rare and ultra rare only) this knife can be used to stab the kill in the back only, the knife doesn’t stun but will give the killer stat penalties for a duration after which the knife will fall out and can be used again. With some ultra rare add one it can cause stuns and even eat the survivors have a sort of lung that can be canceled out of into vaults or pallets drops. It would have a 60 second cooldown.
