It shows 5 survivors and their auras

So I was playing on PC as survivor when I look down and notice there are 5 survivors supposedly in the game. Later when I get hooked, I look around and see a survivor standing completely still in the corner. When I was eventually sacrificed, I went into spectate and that survivor showed up as Kate and was just standing still in the corner. This is the first time it has ever happened to me as far as I know, and I have no clue on how to reproduce it.
Up here it shows a 5th survivor /\ (Neither of these survivors I'm looking at are the extra, I was just watching them when I noticed.)
