Bloodweb Stuck bug

Switched to level adam, from Jane after completing an objective in the archive and when i complete the web it doesn't progress the web and prevents me from clicking anything in the left column until i enter a lobby or check the archive and back out. I'm greeted with the next level on the web.
Not sure how to reproduce. But completing a match did resolve it.
This is the first time i've ever encountered the bug.
