Rank update and xp error - Mobile

Hi guys,

Since yesterday i have been having problems with this and today every game i play has this bug, someone else?


My cellphone is a Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro.


Edit: I played 2 times with claudette and i receive the rank and experience. Probably the problem occurs with Ghostface

    i have the same issue for PC platform. please fix because it occur during in-game and it messed up my game and rank

    @Satanatan The best place to report mobile issue(because mobile is a separate team from the core) is on their customer support. You go in the options, click on Help & Support, and you'll be directed to their in-game customer support.
