PC - Unnerving presence doesn't reduce the skill check success zone of decisive strike
Platform: PC
Description of the issue: Unnerving presence doesn't reduce the skill check success zone of decisive strike. This seems to have occurred ever since patch 3.4.0 that made debuff icons only appear on survivor screens when they take effect.

Steps to reproduce:
- Equip the unnerving presence perk on any killer and have a survivor equip decisive strike.
- Hook that survivor.
- Have another survivor unhook.
- Down and pick up the unhooked survivor within the activation time of their decisive strike.
The skill check success zone of decisive will be normal and unaffected by unnerving presence, the perk icon also wont show up to indicate it as a debuff, this could help in identifying where the bug is occurring.
Side Note: This bug also seems to occur with huntress lullaby, decisive strike is unaffected by the perk despite it being a skill check.
How often does this occur: This bug occurs every time decisive strike activates and the killer has unnerving presence equipped.
