Making u walk while ur running

Almost every game I play and I'm in a chase the game makes me walk and I get hit I'm on ps4 and its annoying my friends get this bug to plz fix I'm staring to lose interest in the game because of this bug plz fix

I've had the same issues. I'll b holding down run but will just b moving at my normal walking speed. I usually have to let go of run and try it a few times before it works. By then ive Been hit or downed. It is annoying

I've had that, or I will be stuck in crouch and it won't let me stand to run.
