Is Jeff's beard supposed to look like this?
I feel like the beard of the Black Metal cosmetic set looked better and more realistic a few patches ago, or am I remembering wrong? Did it always look like this? It looks like a cheap 2€ Santa-beard from the local store imo. I love this skin and used to always wear it but I just can't get over how fake this beard looks now.
EDIT: I actually found an old screenshot from when the skin was new in store! The beard has indeed changed, it looked thinner and more realistic before!

I mean I'm just not personally a fan of this outfit to begin with so I never bought it myself to begin with to wear, but I see it every now and then in lobbies and in the store when I'm looking at Jeff's other cosmetics and it doesn't look like it has changed to me.
On a slightly separate note though, if the devs do ever decide to do a full graphical update / overhaul to the game that they mentioned / suggested in their most recent poll, everything would look better including the small details like Jeff's beard.

Hi! I just updated the post to include a screenshot I found in my gallery from when the skin was new, showing it has changed a little bit. And I didn't know about the graphical update, thanks for letting me know! Hope they do it!

Looking at the new screenshot you updated if anything I would say it looks better, the former screenshot kind of has that really weird wispy thin kind of look that Quentin's hair has (Quentin desperately needs that face rework for real) whereas the first screenshot you put looks more full like an actual beard. But of course the screenshots are only single angles and we can't see what the full 360 degree difference looks like, but that's just my opinion about the difference I'm looking at from what I can see.
If you didn't know about the survey before, and you want to see a graphical update for the game you should take the time to complete the survey, they bring up a lot of interesting ideas and it's really just to gauge the community's interest in certain possible changes, updates, or future content. These surveys from the dev team itself have led to real tangible changes and updates like the Archives / Rift we now have so if you really want to see a graphical update let them know through the survey that this is something you and other members of the community are interested in, would like to see come to the game, and further supported. I can confirm, that it was changed back then, when they reworked the hair. This is my standard head piece for Jeff and I'm a Jeff Main, so I know this. It bothered me too, but I accustomed to this.
I would gladly get his old beard back :) \m/

Another Black Metal Jeff main! \m/ yeah, I really hope they make it look like it used to, I haven't used the skin in a while so when I noticed I was big sad

Nothing is better than scaring other Survivors, when the killer is Ghost Face or Myers XD. Loved that, when that cosmetic was new.

Yeah, this is funny. I once got pallet-stunned when using this Cosmetic. Killer was not around, lol.
