Change matchmaking to prioritize ping over near location

I am from Mongolia and matchmaking always puts me with Russian host because my country is closer to Russia than EU countries.
But i get over 240+ms ping on Russian host while i get 140ms ping with EU hosts(Germany,France etc.)
So i want matchmaking to take my ping into account when matching me with hosts rather than my location.

    If I have an uk account on ps4 but I'm from another country does that means I'm mostly playing against uk players?

    Sorry if im derailing your topic btw. I think you have a point.

    I think it depends on location entirely.
    I know that i get 250ms ping on Russian servers because on TF2 and Left 4 dead 2 i get this ping on Russian community servers.
    So my routing connection is going to EU then coming back to Russia.
