Dead by Daylight mobile ritual not working

I have 2 „beginner“ quests that are not counting if I do them. The first one is heal one survivor and the other one is unhook two people. I did both a lot of times, but there is no progress to the ritual at all. Every other ritual works fine and I can claim them after i finished them. Iam playing on a iPhone XS max and my game language is german.

True, i hope they fix this HUGE error, it's still there, after 1 week, it's anoying ad Hell.
