Suggestions for the Clown!

A couple of ideas for the clown I think would add some flavour to him.
Firstly the most important, squeaky clown shoes as the sound effect for his terror radius!
Secondly his power is okayish, but I’d say a bit lack luster compared to others. I was thinking, when he is within one of his gas clouds, instead of throwing a bottle when he uses his ability he could fill a balloon with the gas and leave it as a highly visible floating mine? Limit of 2 and he can pop them himself with a melee attack in case he wants to move it.
What do you guys think?
