For Survivor, I like running different builds every game, some gimmick builds included. However, if you're wanting to escape, I recommend running a meta build. Some decent meta perks include:
- Decisive Strike
- Dead Hard
- Unbreakable
- Iron Will
- Adrenaline
- Sprint Burst
- Head On
- Borrowed Time
- Deliverance
For Killer, there isn't much you can do to slow down Gens on some Maps, but the best slow-down perks are Corrupt Intervention and PGTW. However, each Killer has a specific build that synergizes with their power, you mentioned the Killers you main, so the best builds for them are (in my opinion):
- Legion: Save the Best For Last, Thanatophobia, Corrupt Intervention/PGTW, A Nurse's Calling.
- Myers: Infectious Fright, Corrupt Intervention/PGTW, Monitor & Abuse, Brutal Strength/Enduring.
- Huntress: Corrupt Intervention, PGTW, A Nurse's Calling, BBQ & Chili.

For survivor, my build is balanced landing and spinechill like you, and then Iron Will and Small Game. You can switch small game if you want, but if you are worried about NoeD I'd run it.
For Legion, my build is a slowdown build. Thanataphobia, Dying light, BBQ & Chili and Hex: Ruin, with The Legion Pin add on.
I'm not a great Huntress, but my build is BBQ & Chili, Pop goes the Weasel, Iron Maiden and Nurses Calling. Any exhaustion add ons are great, and my personal favourite, Deerskin gloves. Extra hatchets are good too.
Myers is great with Infectious Fright and Monitor & Abuse. For other perks, I'd say Play with your Food and Pop goes the Weasel.

For The Legion
You can try something like Thanatophobia, Pop Goes the Weasel, Nurse's Calling, and BBQ & Chili. This build will allow you to focus on The Legions main objective "damage over downing", which also punishes Survivors if they try to heal to avoid the debuffs.
Nurse's Calling gives you the ability to see anyone that's healing within 28 meters, which is great for The Legion to get some fast downs. Thanatophobia and Pop are used as anti-gen perks, which lets you reduce any progress that's happening in-game. And BBQ & Chili is to give you more awareness of where the rest of the team is after a hook. Depending on if everyone is injured or not, it gives you a general idea of who to go chase next.
For Huntress
You can try a standard build like Corrupt Intervention, Nurse's Calling, Whispers, and BBQ & Chili. The Huntress benefits a lot for Corrupt because of her slow movement speed, so keeping the 3 farthest Generators blocked can give you a decent advantage at the start. If you think you can handle Huntress without Corrupt, than try something like Pop for anti-gen pressure or Iron Maiden for faster reload speed.
As for the rest, they focus on general location and aura reading for some potential cross map hatchet throws OR useful hunting bonuses. Nurse's will help you find anyone that's healing within 28 meters, BBQ gives you a new target to chase immediately/a chase to hit them with a hatchet from afar, and Whispers will help you figure out where a Survivor/Survivor team is within a radius of 32 meters. Keep in-mind that all of these are max tier perk descriptions, which will be a reoccurring theme with this explanation.
For Michael Myers
Now, I main Michael Myers, so the build i'm giving you is primarily what I use. It's both beneficial, meta, and useful for mostly every situation and scenario. The build I recommend is Corrupt Intervention, Nurse's Calling, BBQ & Chili, and Monitor & Abuse. A similar concept to The Huntresses build, but a bit different. Corrupt, like for the Huntress, is to help you out at the start of the trial.
You start off with a short lunge and slow movement speed, so having this additional help is great for getting into Tier ll and maybe even Tier lll. Nurse's Calling is AMAZING on any stealth Killer, since it lets you know if anyone is healing within 28 meters without tipping them off to your location. How? Because Michael Myers Terror Radius is by default small, specially at Tier l which is suppressed entirely! This is where Monitor & Abuse comes in as well, it reduces your Terror Radius outside of chases by 8, and increases it when in chases by 8.
So if you use with his Michael Myers default Terror Radius (at Tier ll, which is 16 meters), than your Terror Radius is reduced to 8 when outside of chases! This basically means you emit no Terror Radius until you're right on top of a Survivor. As for BBQ, like for most Killers as well, it's used for getting a general view of where the team is and a potential next chase as well. Keep in-mind that if they're within 40 meters of the hook than they will not be "picked up" by BBQ & Chili.
For any Survivor (specifically nea in this case)
I'd advise you to keep Spine-Chill for several reasons. Spine-Chill is a great perk for countering stealth Killers, but it's also a great perk for knowing if a Killer is coming directly for you with it's "light up" notification. It's a very underrated perk, so don't toss if in my opinion.
As for the build, you can try something like Self-Care, Botany Knowledge, Spine-Chill, and Decisive Strike. This is a fairly meta build that focuses more on your own self preservation, rather than your teams. If you want to mix it up, you can try Kindred, Spine-Chill, We'll make it, and Botany Knowledge. This build focuses on healing other Survivors over your own self preservation. Botany Knowledge is for if you can't get an unhook, and We'll make it is for a quick unhook heal on a Survivor you rescued. Spine-Chill and Kindred gives you a general idea of where a Killer could be (if they don't have the undetectable status effect), so it's great for most Killers!
You really don't need Urban Evasion in my opinion, walking and tactical crouching is enough if you're focusing on stealth. If you REALLY want to focus on stealth, than you can try something like Head-On, Quick and Quiet, Lithe, and Dance With me. This build is called a "Houdini Build", and for good reasons as well! If you're in a chase, than you can fast vault and suppress your scratch marks for a few seconds with Dance with me, while also getting a speed boost with Lithe (which also stops at the same time Dance with me does). With that in-mind, it's great if you're on an in-doors map or around a building that you can use as cover for a run away. Once you get away, you can quickly enter a nearby locker with Quick and Quiet and use Head-On in-case the Killer tries to open any lockers they think you're in!
conclusion
Hope this helps, you probably got everything you need but I thought i'd chime in with something as well. Stay safe out there, see you in the fog...

Second time tou have answered my question. Thats suprising. Ill be sure to use the builds you mention. They sound really good amd useful to have fun, get better and rank up. Thanks for everything. But quick question for you, in the self care, botany knowladge, spine chill and ds build. Could it work if i swapped botany knowladge for an exhaustion perk? Maybe balanced or dead hard. But the build sounds very good ill try it out and see how well i do.

It would yes, but you need to be more tactical about your heals if you don't use Botany Knowledge. Without Botany Knowledge with Self-Care, the time it takes to fully heal is severely decreased. This means instead of 24 seconds to heal yourself, which is 8 seconds more than the default healing speed, it would take you 32 seconds with just Self-Care.
This means if nobody is nearby to heal you, than you need to heal when the time is right. That's mostly subjective when you're asking "what's the best time to heal?", but it's usually when you know you can do it without something major happening like 2 people being downed or something. You can't really predict if that'll happen though, so it's mostly just you guessing if this is a good time to heal.
But yeah, if you don't mind that decrease than it wouldn't be a bad switch. If you actually want a better alternative than you can try the perk "Inner Strength" instead of just Self-Care. With Inner Strength, you can cleanse a hex or dull totem and than hide in a locker for a few seconds for a full heal. The reason it's better, despite having almost the same time as Self-Care, is because you can actually cleanse a totem, fully heal in a locker, and than cleanse another totem for the next time you get injured and need to heal.
Anyways, you can mix it up of course yeah. It's best to figure out what you're comfortable with, not every runs Self-Care and every other meta perk because they've found what they enjoy using instead!

The most all round build would be:
Decisive strike
Borrowed Time
Dead Hard
+fill with Iron Will/We’ll make it/Unbreakable
other perks to consider are:
adrenaline, plunderer instinct, resilience
the main core would still be
DS+Exhaustion Perk+sinergy/op tier perks

That would work yeah, seems like a fairly standard meta build all things considered.
