Survivor bugged on hook

Description of the issue: A hooked survivor didnt get any progress in his hook state and just hung on hook forever, even after EGC had run out. My power (Nurse) was bugged as well as opening lockers until I picked up another survivor I managed to down. Picture as proof. I had to dc, good thing we have penalties :)

How often does this occur: First time Ive seen it, Ive heard people mention it before though
