Concerning Increases in Ping, 3.7.0 Mid-Chapter Update on Xbox

Hi,
I just wanted to report that...
1) Beginning on April 25th or so, my average ping to dedicated servers has increased from 60 to 100 or more ms. I'm curious if other Xbox players have experienced a similar, stable but significant increase in ping?
2) 3.7.0 seems to run really inefficiently- after two or three games I see a dramatic reduction in FPS and need to restart the console.
Again, I'm just trying to get a sense of whether this has been the experience of other Xbox players over the last few days.
