PC - Cant move after unhooking a teammate

Right after the last gen was finished, I unhooked Jeff, but was unable to move afterwards. My character just stood in one place, twitching. Needless to say, I was quickly downed.
I was playing Jake on the Coal Tower map.

I had this same issue as Killer after hooking a Survivor.

@MrDardon do you remember which map? I'm just curious if it's related to the map changes.
