I got stuck in a locker

I play on PC. Steam username Bobby5967. After update 3.7.0, I was pulled off a hook, I ran to a locker to heal with the Inner Strength perk. After I healed I tried to exit the locker. The animation started, then the locker closed and my hand was sticking out of the locker shaking. I was hoping I would get the afk crows so the killer would pull me out. But I never got the crows. I waited for the match to end because I didnt want the dc penalty. After the end game collapse, I didnt die. The game would not end unless I dc'ed. Then I got the dc penalty. This is the first time I had this issue.
