Vault Bug (You get permanently stuck)

So, I was playing a regular DBD game (on pc), until i suddenly i got stuck on an infinite bug. It's the ONI map i think and its the red stairs vault
He it is a clip of the bug, I think that with this only is enough (i oculdn't fit more). The game should have finished becasue the yellow line ended. The killer could move and he couldn't hit me on the window.
He finally Dced so we both could get out of the game
I hope you can find a solution to this soon.
