PC - New Huntress Hitbox issue

I was playing on Badham as huntress when I downed a survivor (Feng Min to be precise) at the loop pictured below (1). The Feng then proceeded to crawl into this totem location (2) where Huntress couldn't move into, therefore I couldn't pick her up. This has only happened to me once, but I know there was a similar issue concerning Death Slinger on Autohaven's basement.
