Frame drops in game, in menus, in lobby...

Please fix these sudden frame drops that are occurring after the new update was released. Apparently others are facing this issue as well. I face this issue mostly when I switch apps on my PC. Like literally, I am running from the killer and the frames drop to 0 for like a whole 8-10 secs. After that I see I am on hook. Needless to say that I dc the game then because I am having a ######### experience playing the game like this.
