Stuck on basement hook

Playing the PC version
Played as trapper on Father Cambell's Chapel. Had hooked previous survivors in the basement that round, however went to hook a survivor on the hook facing the wall of the staircase and got stuck inside them. It persisted even after the survivor died. Was running iron grasp, agitation, pop goes the weasel, and dying light.
