Console Speed Hack?
Someone is trying to report me for speed hacking on PS4 but it was completely unintentional. My profile name on there is SMEX_BOMB.
I was using Asylum Myers with the P3 knife and P3 mask and used both addons that increases the rate at which I gain Evil Within. My perks were BBQ & Chili, Thanatophobia, Sloppy Butcher, and Dying Light. This incident took place in the Badham Preschool map (I'm not entirely sure which variant).
The entire match was as normal. The survivors completed some generators and I got a few hooks. In fact I'd even say I was winning. Suddenly, midway through the match, I gained significantly increased movement speed (according to the survivors after the match concluded). I wasn't using any hacking tool/device, or 3rd party program to tamper with the game in the slightest.
I don't condone the use of such tools/programs, and I genuinely want this to be fixed. However I don't believe I should be banned because this was completely unintentional.
