Deathslinger has no perks after update (PC)

So I prestiged my deathslinger when he first came out, then went to focus on different killers. However, I went to read the perk description of Hex:Retribution on him, only to find that he had no perks. I know he did before this update. Pic attached, username and Discord overlay blacked out
