Unreachable totem

Played as survivor on PC
I used a map offering for lerry's
found a lit totem (presumably Ruin), other totems were cleansable
couldn't cleanse the totem
- Character played: Feng Min
- Perks played: Deliverance, Iron Will, Balance Landing and Decisive Strike, all perks lvl 3
- Lerry's (used offering)
Totem was located in a room closest to the middle gen
