Survivor gets stuck after unhook (video proof)
Platform: PS4
Description: a survivor is sometimes unable to move after being unhooked. Also, if they go into the dying state and another survivor is hooked on the same hook where they were, the first survivor can't be picked up until the newly hooked one is saved.
Steps to reproduce: I can only speculate that this happens when the survivor that is unhooking is hit during the unhooking animation
How often: I saw it only once, but I know it happened to others as well

Additional info about the video: notice a couple of details
- after the unhook, the survivor seems to be afk, since she's not moving at all
- when I hit her and she goes into the dying state, she immediately tries to crawl, meaning she wasn't afk
- after I hook the second survivor, for an instant I seem to be able to pick the downed girl, and in fact I try to do it, but the animation stops immediately and then the girl is unreachable
- you can't see it in this video, but eventually she got healed up and was able to resume the game.

This happened to me today while playing Survivor on PC. Just wanted to put it out there that it's occuring on PC as well!

This just happened to me on PS4. A survivor went to unhook me and got hit, it let me off the hook then I was stuck under it. I was still stuck while in the dying state as well.

This just happened to me on PS4. My friend went to save me and got hit so when I was unhooked, I went to escape but found myself moving in place. I was able to get healed after being knocked, but still couldn't move. I was finally able to move a minute after my friend died on the hook I was stuck under.

This happened on PC as well. Unable to move after being unhooked, even after being downed.
