I was playing normally and when I finished the game I received the blood points and achieved the rank 5 of survivor (with its respective achievement in steam) and suddenly an error appeared saying that it was not possible to update my information and the game closed. I want you to return my points and my rank that costs me a lot to raise to lose due to your mistakes. Thank you
