Death Slinger Control (maybe?) bug

I'm not sure if this is intentional or not, but Im guessing its not because it doesn't seem like it should be, but if the death slinger walks backwards while he has someone hit with the chain, it vastly reduces the survivors ability to resist the chain. If the death slinger walks towards you or stands still, you have a pretty great deal of control over what you can do to avoid getting pulled by the chain, but if he walks backwards, you have so little control that your chance of escape is low even if you put your self in an object rich environment.
If this intentional this can be closed.
