Is it a bug? Not sure, but it certainly is annoying.
Sometimes when you go towards trees / bushes or just rotate your camera around them, they can change their shape / size. It's weird, check the gif below.
Tested on PC, happens with all graphics options (low-med-high-ultra)
Didn't find any reports of it. What is causing it and can it be fixed please? <.<
