Blocked under a hook / Estate - Coal Tower

I was playing on the map Macmillan Estate - Coal Tower, against the doctor. I unhooked a survivor and got stuck under the hook. The killer was able to down me but not able to pick me up. The only way I could escape this 'area' was the drop of the hook after a survivor died on it and the killer had to pick me on his shoulder.

I didn't try to reproduce the bug.
• How often does this occur
It happened once to me.
